The average smoker and vaper spends thousands of dollars every year on cigarettes and vapes, and rarely gives it much thought. That steady, outgoing cash flow continues year-after-year with nothing positive to show for it.
How much did you spend on cigarettes or vapes last year? And the year before? And the year before that?
When you are successful at quitting, you will:

The most difficult aspect of quitting that Jon helped me overcome was personal accountability. As many people who vape can relate to, I wanted to quit for years and tried countless times to no avail. I felt like I was constantly at war with myself, stuck weighing the pros and cons. On one side, I could ease the withdrawal symptoms for a moment by vaping - but at the cost of facing my own disappointment. On the other, I was staring down a painful, uncertain journey, unsure if I even had what it took to succeed.
Jon was my outlet, a safe person who let me talk through this internal battle, who shared the weight, pressure, and frightening solitude I originally felt in my quit journey. There were many moments throughout our work together that I didn't believe I could do it. I was determined to quit vaping but terrified of the withdrawal process. Jon was very receptive to these worries; he provided reassuring research, perspectives, and options I could take.
What surprised me most about working with Jon was his approach to quitting. I intensified my own worries by looking at the whole journey (the rest of my life) at once. Jon not only broke down the process but acted as my biggest supporter, always making himself a readily available outlet. I walked away from my sessions with confidence, understanding, and ways to move forward.
I believe I was successful this time because of Jon. It took me nearly six years to build the courage to find a specialist and I am unbelievably grateful it was Jon. If you have reservations about investing in a coach, I cannot recommend Jon enough. The impact he has had on my life is transformative - I have no doubt that he can do the same for you.

You weren't missing willpower. You were missing the right support. I've never seen a perfect quitting attempt, and most people who quit for good relapsed several times first. That isn't failure, it's the path. What changes here is that you stop doing it alone, and you work with someone who has spent 25 years learning the many ways people get derailed and the ways through them.
Yes. Not being ready is a great reason to start, not a reason to wait. You don't need to have it all figured out or be "ready enough", that's what I'm here for. We can spend the early sessions building your readiness instead of forcing a quit date you don't believe in. You generally set a quit date in the first 1–3 weeks. You can also begin having already started quitting.
I'll be straight with you. What I guarantee is the delivery: six private sessions, a quit strategy built around your life, and direct email access to me between sessions. You also get 25 years of specialized experience in nicotine addiction working on your quit, and my word that I'm all-in with my clients. What I can't guarantee is that you'll quit. Your success depends on factors under your control: your mindset, your decisions, your commitment, and how you navigate what comes up. Like any coach, I provide guidance, accountability and support, but I can't execute the process for you. I think you can do this.
Most people spend $2k, $3k, $4k every year on cigarettes and vapes and rarely give it much thought. That money goes out year after year with nothing positive to show for it. Quitting pays for itself, and then it keeps paying: tens of thousands, possibly hundreds of thousands, over the rest of your life. You're already spending the money. You're just giving it to the tobacco companies, with no end in sight.
You'll get a receipt from Stripe right away. Then I'll email your personal booking link within one business day. That single link schedules all six sessions, so you can set the pace yourself, and your 12 weeks run from the day you purchase.
If it hasn't arrived, check your spam or junk folder, and any category your mail gets sorted into. Still nothing? Reach me through the contact page and I'll get it straight to you.
Some people are done. Many want to keep meeting regularly even after they've quit, and you can choose to do that if you want. Additional sessions are available whenever more support helps. Quitting is a process, not an event, and nothing says the process has to end when the sessions do.
No. The $97 meeting stands on its own. It's a private 50-minute session with me, real coaching time rather than a sales call, so it's priced as its own thing and not as a deposit on something else. If you decide afterward that the Program is right for you, that's a separate decision you make then.
Because it's a starting point, not a product you re-buy. It's also heavily discounted over my normal hourly coaching charge. It's a special one-time deal, and you can book it here.
No. This is private 1:1 work with me. The ABQ Community is group support with live calls and 24/7 access to other people quitting alongside you. Some people do both, many pick one. If you're not sure which fits, ask me and I'll give you a straight answer.
